The average senior developer rate in the US is $95 to $160/hr. Top-tier experts go up to $275/hr.
My rate lives in the upper-senior range for a reason: I combine a senior stack + design + AI workflows + Google/Meta ads + product decisions in the same hour. Most agencies bill three separate rates for that, or subcontract each part. Behike is operator and code in the same person.

Most premium agencies in the world don't offer "money back" because money-back guarantees attract clients who come to fight for the refund, not to build a business. Locomotive, Bureau Cool, the serious agencies in New York and Quebec: none of them offer it. Their public portfolio is their guarantee. We apply the same standard here.
How it works in practice:
- Non-refundable deposit once the kickoff call happens. The deposit reserves your slot and my time.
- We deliver within your build's window (7, 14 or 30 business days from kickoff) or keep working up to 30 additional days at no cost until it's live.
- "Live" means: domain resolving, every page loading, forms working, Google Business active when it applies. It is not subjective.
- Monthly plans (Socio Digital, transformation) have an initial 90 day minimum. The exact terms go in your written proposal before any deposit.
Carve-out: if the delay comes from content pending on your side, slow approvals, or force majeure (hurricane, emergency, unforeseeable events), the clock pauses until we're back to normal flow. The standard is fair in both directions.
And the underlying guarantee: if it can't be measured, we don't sell it. Every engagement includes its monthly report: your numbers, your evidence.
What people think before writing to us

"Sounds expensive."
The $4,999 Brand System includes what normally takes three vendors: brand designer, developer and ads manager. Compared with a traditional agency (site $4K + brand $3K + Google setup $1.5K = $8.5K), you pay half for the equivalent, with a single person responsible for making it all work together.
"How do I know you'll deliver?"
Seven public sites shipped plus three private clients, links above, all live right now. the serious agencies of the world don't. We promise to keep working until it's live, capped at 30 additional days free.
"I've been burned before."
You get the files, the code and the credentials at the end of the project. The domain is registered in your name as the legal owner; we only administer it. If tomorrow you want to move everything elsewhere, you take your site and your domain. Zero contractual lock-in beyond whatever monthly plan you have active.

Maintenance and evolution are included in every build's contract, no surprises later. For ongoing evolution (improvements, new systems, support), Socio Digital at $997/mo is your monthly technical team. For something one-off, we work hourly at $250.
Who owns the site and the domain?
You do. The domain is registered in your name from day one. You get credentials, files and code at the end of the project. If you ever decide to leave, you take everything with you. Zero contractual lock-in beyond whatever monthly plan you have active.
Do you work outside Puerto Rico? Colombia?
Yes. Team presence in Puerto Rico and Medellín, Colombia. We work with businesses in Spanish or English in any country. Coordination via WhatsApp, online scheduling and video calls. We invoice in USD via Stripe.
How does the $250 an hour technical diagnostic work?
It's the front door for serious projects: we sit with your operation and leave with the map of where money leaks and what to build first. It's paid before scheduling (that filters the tire-kickers) and fully credited toward your project if we move forward: for a real buyer, the diagnostic ends up free. You get written notes after every session.
